  • Small group classes are:

 

Tuesdays - 6 - 7:30 PM

Thursdays - 6 - 7:30 PM

Saturdays - 10 - 11:30 AM

  • Private Lessons are available upon request!

 

We do not offer children's classes at present. All students must be at least 15 years of age (with parent/guardian approval). 

 

Seminars and workshops are frequently offered in basic self-defense, alternate martial arts styles, and other related initiatives.
